Terms & Conditions of Event

 Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before participating in the event.

1. Age Requirement:
Participants must be of the minimum age required to participate in the event. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating. By registering, you affirm that you meet the age requirement or have obtained the necessary consent.

2. Event Registration:
  a. Registration Process: You must complete the registration process as specified by the event organizers. This may include providing accurate and complete personal information and paying any applicable registration fees.
  b. Registration Confirmation: Your participation in the event is subject to confirmation by the event organizers. They reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without providing a reason.

3. Conflict of Interest:

  b. Resolution: The event organizers reserve the right to review disclosed conflicts of interest and determine their impact on your participation in the event. They may take appropriate measures, such as modifying your involvement or excluding you from certain activities, to ensure fairness and integrity in the event.
  c. Non-Disclosure: Failure to disclose any conflict of interest may result in disqualification and removable from the event.

4. Participant Conduct:
  a. Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and event rules throughout their participation. You shall not upload, distribute or otherwise publish through the site any content which is objectionable, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, invasive of privacy which may give rise to liability or violate any law. You shall not duplicate the commercial content of the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial service or organization. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.
  b. Respectful Behavior: Participants must treat fellow participants and any other individuals involved in the event with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification.
  c. Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others during the event. Any reckless or dangerous behavior that may cause harm to oneself or others may result in disqualification and potential legal consequences.

5. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the event organizers, sponsors and their representatives shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses or expenses incurred by participants or any third parties during or as a result of the event.

6. Modification and Termination:
The event organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the event, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or modification, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.
